Learn and Earn (WIOA) Program
A year-round program for high school juniors and seniors at risk of dropping out. The program provides participants with occupational skills training, employment services, and educational opportunities.

Our Learn & Earn Program is designed to empower high school juniors and seniors by providing comprehensive year-round support in work readiness, college preparation, leadership development, and basic life skills.

This transformative program equips participants with the tools necessary to graduate high school confidently and transition into post-secondary education or the workforce with a solid foundation for lifelong success.

Interactive Learning and Personal Growth:

Participants engage in a variety of interactive workshops, program activities, and discussions led by experienced facilitators, guest speakers, and professional panels. These sessions foster critical skills, such as time management, study habits, and conflict resolution, while encouraging personal and professional growth.
Wraparound Support Services:

Beyond the academic year, participants benefit from an additional year of wraparound services, ensuring continued guidance as they navigate their path to adulthood and independence.
Skill Development Through Real-World Experience:

Students gain practical job skills through a spring internship and a six-week paid summer internship in a field aligned with their interests. These opportunities allow participants to explore careers, learn hands-on skills, and understand the value of contributing to their community as self-sufficient and respected individuals.
After-School Programming:

The program offers targeted after-school sessions focusing on financial literacy, academic counseling, career exploration, and college application assistance. These sessions provide participants with the knowledge and confidence to plan for their futures effectively.
Leadership and Community Engagement:

Participants are encouraged to engage in service learning, civic engagement, and community service opportunities, helping them build a sense of responsibility and leadership while fostering meaningful connections with their communities.
