InnovationQNS will be HANAC's first involvement in a project funded through the MIMI program. Through a partnership with Bedrock Development, this site will contain 314 units of housing, 70% of which will be affordable, spread throughout its 17 stories.

HANAC will be the administering agent and marketing agent for the development.

Located in the heart of White Plains, the upcoming Court Street development will provide 140 units of 100% affordable senior housing. HANAC will be a co-developer and the social service provider for this project. This partnership will include Monadnock Development as a co-developer, and it will be HANAC's first foray into Westchester County.

Additionally, The LOFT, an LGBTQ+ advocacy organization based in White Plains, will be opening a new facility inside of this building to serve residents of the surrounding community.

Ikos Senior Living will be a partnership between HANAC and Mega Development to provide 168 units of affordable senior housing. This project will provide convenient access to the rest of Astoria and New York City due to its position adjacent to the Broadway N/W subway station. A community facility and sizeable green space will be included to support the needs of residents and nearby neighbors.
