Financing for this project consists of, Tax Credits, HPD subsidy, RESO A capital funding through Queens Borough President Melinda Katz and Council Member Julissa Ferrera's office, and Attorney General Eric Schneiderman settlement money.
This residence offers a tenant services component through the Senior Affordable Rental Apartments (
SARA) Program that provides social services and community integration to the residents of the building.
