This program offers immigrants residing in New York City a range of services that include legal assistance, immigration application filing, translation services and Immigration workshops addressed to immigrants in need of adjusting to and succeeding in their new lives in America.
The program focuses on educating immigrants about their rights and responsibilities, as well as assisting them with all situations related to their immigration status, and the necessary procedures to become citizens, such as applying for Permanent residency, Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) Renewals, Work Permit Requests, Asylum, and Citizenship.
Our assistance includes:
- Application preparation
- Follow-up services, to ensure adequate application processing
- Advocacy and legal assistance as necessary
Our staff includes qualified paralegals, Case Workers and a Staff Attorney, who understand the immigration process and specialize in immigration law. They are all bilingual English, Greek and Spanish.
