On Friday, March 6th, HANAC and AEA welcomed staff from HPD and an international contingent from the Housing Department of Barcelona, Spain to their Corona Senior Residence to tour the innovative Passive House features included in the building’s construction – features such as an air-tight building envelope, robust thermal insulation, a Heat Recovery Ventilation (HRV) system, and an Energy Recovery Ventilation (ERV) system. The International Urban Cooperation seeks to connect city decision makers with each other to encourage city-to-city cooperation on sustainable urban development.
