MISSION: To develop, implement and administer the operation of service programs including social, education, employment training, cultural, housing, transportation, senior citizens and to provide these services to any and all who are needy, without discrimination as to race, creed, national origin or other defining characteristics; to work closely with the city, state and federal governments and other funding sources to sponsor programs for the betterment of the community.
